Anchored in Jacksonville, Florida, PORT 32 Jacksonville at Ortega Landing is a secluded luxury marina set at the intersection of the St. Johns and Ortega Rivers and 25 miles from the Intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The marina is conveniently located close to downtown Jacksonville and within walking distance of many shopping and dining establishments. PORT 32 Jacksonville at Ortega Landing is more than just a marina, it's the boating lifestyle. We don't just tie up your boat and see you in passing; we invite you into our community. Dockage:

Slips are available to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. Slip pricing is based on minimum slip length for 45′, 50′, 55′ 60′, 65′, and 70′ slips. All rates include water, dock box, gate access keys, and use of marina amenities as noted above.

We offer yearly and monthly options for wet storage and full-time cruisers.

Full Time Cruiser: Occupying more than any ten nights in any thirty-day period. Includes two pump-outs per month. Using the Marina as a permanent address is prohibited by the State of Florida.

Utilities: Electric metered and billed to vessel as cost quarterly. Water & Wi-Fi included. In-slip cable TV available through Comcast at owner’s cost.

Pump outs: $15.00 scheduled, $30.00 unscheduled/emergency

Insurance: Minimum $500k liability insurance including full hull, pollution, and salvage coverage with the Marina added as an additional insured.

Transient: 

  • Dockage: $3.50/ft per night. $11.55/ft per week.
  • Electric: 30 amp $8.00 per night. 50 amp $15.00 per night.

No less than 90% of the berths within the facility are available to the public for rental on a first come first serve basis.

All rates are subject to Resort Fee (7.5%) and current FL State & County Sales Tax (7.5%)
Rates are billed at slip length.
10% active and retired military discount on dockage rates.

From the North

Take I-95 South to Exit 351B, merge onto I-10 West toward Lake City/Tallahassee. Exit 361 on the left toward US-17 S / Roosevelt Blvd. Merge onto Roosevelt Blvd. Continue on Roosevelt Blvd. / US-17 S. Turn left at Wabash Ave. past Chick-fil-A at Roosevelt Mall. Turn left on Lakeside Dr. Turn right into Ortega Landing at the big curve at the end of Lakeside Dr.

From the South

Take I-95 North to Exit 337 to merge onto I-295 N toward Orange Park. Take Exit 10 for SR-15/Roosevelt Blvd. Park Ave/US-17. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Jacksonville N.A.S./U.S. 17 N and merge onto Roosevelt Blvd/SR-15 N/US-17 N. Turn right at Wabash Ave. at Chick-fil-A at the Roosevelt Mall. Once over the US 17 Bridge, turn left on Lakeside Dr. Turn right into Ortega Landing at the big curve at the end of Lakeside Dr.

By Water

Proceed up the St. John’s River through downtown Jacksonville, chart 11491. Head due south from Fuller Warren Bridge to the flashing red “2” and white day beacon giving a wide berth (approximately 100 yards). Begin your westerly turn aligning yourself with the Ortega River Bridge (opens on demand 24/7 Ch. 9) Proceed through the bridge and maintain middle of the river navigation. We are the first marina to your starboard beam (about ½ nautical mile). Go to St. Johns River Navigation page for bridge information.
